Publications

This series began with a question about echoes we see, across sea, sky and space, and later a slug on a patio led to tetrahedral grit caught in the fabric and viscosity of space. The framework grew to understanding coherence across scales — from quantum biology to AI infrastructure, from data centers to the human heart.

Grounded in the H₆-FDC (Hexagonal Hydrogen–Fermi Dirac Condensate) model, these publications explore a unified vision: coherence is the fundamental principle of organized systems, and decoherence is the universal mechanism of dysfunction, aging, and failure — whether in galaxies, brains, or silicon chips.

The series is written for a wide audience — policymakers, engineers, clinicians, educators, families, children too, and anyone curious about the glistening trail between science and meaning. All publications are open-access and freely available via Zenodo or otherwise labeled (Amazon, Zazzle).

Break Free from Emotional Chains: Wisdom from Lincoln and Others’,

History comes to life with a close look at a menu from a party held posthumously in honor of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, and a close-up on his favorite foods and how those choices may have been a factor in his melancholy. Recipes similar to the party menu are included (just a few) and foraging for weeds that were once appreciated in the garden as leafy green vegetables is a photo and narrative theme. Changing a nation, or our own habits is not easy and Lincoln’s quotes help guide us through the stages of change.

Human Health and AI Risks and Benefits

  • Human/AI Safety: Preventing Psychological Risks with Prompt Management and Metabolic Self-Care. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20466728 (For general readers personal interest, clinicians, AI industry and business use.)
    • For Clinicians: A Neurobiological Model of AI-Associated Limerence With Patient Screening Handout and Glossary in English and Spanish. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21837561
    • Condensed and Expanded – this is a deeper clinical perspective on physical factors that may be involved in AI-induced psychosis or Digital Limerence (fixation on a non-interested person or object to ‘love’). Histamine excess may play an unidentified but treatable causal role as it is excitatory in excess. Gut dysbiosis, allergies or chronic infection, and diet choices can add to histamine load and slow detoxification may be involved. The Expansion is a detailed Table with bacterial strains that make histamine or are neutral or beneficial regarding histamine levels. Histamine makes skin flush red and be overly sensitive and can affect mood and behavior in a grandiose or paranoid way, “Running away” may occur in either style of mania.

The turbulence mathematically correlates with the Kolmogorov ratio (approximately -5/3) and is considered equivalent to centrifugal force, and corresponding to the Golden Ratio (Phi) as centripetal force within the H6-FDC model. We can visualize the Yin-Yang symbol as a cross section of an electrical or other spiraling current with balance between the outward and inward spinning, centrifugal/centripetal forces.
